- About
We believe self-awareness is one of the most powerful tools a person can develop, especially during the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Our coaching practice is designed to help Gen Z clients understand who they are, how they’re wired, and what direction fits them best. We also support parents who want to be part of that process without adding pressure.
Our work is guided by one core belief: knowing yourself changes everything.
Sherry Steinaway is the coach and founder behind this practice. She brings years of experience in leadership development, communications, education, and organizational consulting. Her approach is grounded in research and guided by empathy, offering a blend of structure, insight, and practical support.
A foundation in positive psychology and identity development
Expertise in tools such as Enneagram, CliftonStrengths, and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument
A career that has included leadership and educator roles in higher education, executive coaching, curriculum design, and inclusion strategy
Sherry is a lifelong educator who believes that complex ideas can be easy to understand and apply. She has taught literacy, advised students while sailing around the world on a floating university, and partnered with academic institutions to support meaningful culture change.
We work with young adults who are navigating big questions around identity, direction, and growth. This generation is facing unprecedented pressure to define their lives early, but often lacks the support to do so with clarity and confidence.
We meet clients where they are. Our coaching creates space for self-discovery, informed decision-making, and steady progress that aligns with each person’s values and goals.
Rather than force a plan onto someone, we help each client discover their own.
