Support That Empowers — For You and Your Young Adult

Guidance without pressure. Clarity without conflict. We help your child build direction and confidence—so you can breathe easier and stop guessing.

Support for Parents

You want to help. You just don’t want to push.

Watching your child feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future can be frustrating and painful. You know they have potential. You’ve tried offering guidance, encouragement, maybe even a little tough love, but nothing seems to stick.

That’s where we come in.

Our coaching gives your young adult a space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. We help them move from confusion to clarity by uncovering who they are, how they think, and what kind of life they actually want to create.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not tutoring. And it’s not vague advice.

This is structured, strengths-based coaching rooted in research, emotional intelligence, and years of experience working with emerging adults.

Why Parents
Choose Coaching

We work with parents who are:

  • Tired of watching their child drift or shut down

  • Concerned about motivation, direction, or emotional resilience

  • Struggling to offer support without triggering resistance

  • Looking for a trusted partner to help their child grow into adulthood

We also work with parents who want to stop feeling like they’re guessing, and finally feel confident that their child has the tools and support they need to move forward.

What Coaching Offers Your Young Adult

Support, structure, and tools for self-discovery, decision-making, and growth—guided by the D.A.R.E. framework.

    • A structured process built around the D.A.R.E. framework
    • Tools to explore their strengths, motivations, and identity
    • Practical strategies for goal-setting, communication, and conflict
    • A non-parental voice they can trust
    • A safe place to reflect, make decisions, and build momentum

Our goal isn’t to tell your child what to do. It’s to help them discover what’s right for them and give them the structure to act on it.

What to Expect from the Coaching Relationship

Young adult–focused coaching with optional parent collaboration and confidential support.

We work primarily with the young adult, but we always welcome collaboration with parents when it’s helpful. This may include:

  • ➔ A brief intake conversation to understand goals and concerns
  • ➔ Optional parent update calls at key points in the coaching process
  • ➔ Space for questions and support as needed

If your child is 18 or older, coaching is confidential by default. We encourage open communication between parents and young adults when possible, and we support both parties in that process if requested.
